Il Tar della Calabria ha ammesso la verifica dei risultati in 16 sezioni di Lamezia Terme per le elezioni del rinnovo del Consiglio comunale svoltesi nei mesi scorsi. Il Tar ha assegnato al Prefetto 60 giorni per le verifiche.
