Condannato per bancarotta fraudolenta il sottosegretario Alberto Sarra

Il gup di Reggio Calabria ha condannato Alberto Sarra, attuale sottosegretario alla Regione, a 3 anni e 8 mesi di reclusione e all’interdizione dai pubblici uffici per 5 anni per bancarotta fraudolenta. Sarra era imputato perché ritenuto socio di fatto nella Farmacia centrale di Reggio, fallita nel 2006. ”Le sentenze – ha commentato il suo avvocato, Antonio Managò – non si possono commentare sino alla lettura delle motivazioni. Dopo ricorreremo in appello e vedremo”. (ANSA)
