Elezioni: ok Senato a Ddl che vieta propaganda boss, è legge

L’aula del Senato ha approvato con 252 voti favorevoli ed un solo astenuto il ddl che vieta lo svolgimento di propaganda elettorale per le persone sottoposte a misure di prevenzione. Il provvedimento, gia’ approvato dalla Camera e confermato senza modifiche dal Senato, e’ ora legge. Chi infrangera’ il divieto, sara’ punito con la reclusione da uno a 5 anni. La stessa pena verra’ applicata al candidato che chiedera’ al detenuto di fare propaganda elettorale
